International Brand Equity (IBE) has announced the 12th edition of the India Property Awards & Realty Summit 2026 (National Edition), which will be held in February 2026 at The Chancery Pavilion, Bengaluru.
The India Property Awards is an annual platform that recognizes achievements in the real estate and infrastructure sector, covering developers, projects, consultants, architects, and technology-driven real estate companies. The awards aim to highlight innovation, leadership, and best practices across India’s property ecosystem.
According to the organizers, the 2026 edition is expected to see participation from over 200 senior industry professionals, including real estate developers, C-level executives, consultants, architects, infrastructure leaders, investors, and PropTech companies from across the country.
A spokesperson from International Brand Equity said the awards have, over the years, become a benchmark for industry recognition. “The objective of the India Property Awards is to acknowledge organizations and leaders who are contributing to the growth and transformation of India’s real estate sector,” the spokesperson said.
Awards and Evaluation Process
The 12th India Property Awards will feature 100+ categories spanning residential and commercial projects, infrastructure, consultancy, architecture, PropTech, co-working and co-living segments, and individual leadership awards.
Entries will be evaluated through a multi-stage process, including nomination review, profile assessment, shortlisting, and final evaluation by an independent jury panel. Winners will be announced and awarded during the ceremony in Bengaluru.
