Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.internationalbrandequity.com and the services provided by International Brand Equity (“IBE”, “we”, “us”), including press release distribution and media placement through the IBE Newswire Network. By using our website or ordering a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We offer press release writing, distribution and media placement packages. The outlets, reach and deliverables of each package are described on our Pricing page or in your quote. Outlet availability depends on the package and on each outlet’s own policies.

2. Orders and payment

  • Prices are shown on our website or in a written quote and are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise.
  • Work begins once payment is received and all required content has been approved.
  • Prices may exclude applicable taxes, which will be added to your invoice where required.

3. Your content

  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content you provide, and you confirm you have the rights to any text, images and logos you send us.
  • Content must not be false, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or promote illegal products or activities.
  • We and our media partners may edit content for style or compliance, or refuse content that breaks outlet guidelines or these Terms.
  • You give us permission to use, reproduce and distribute your content as needed to deliver the service.

4. Publication and placement

  • Each outlet controls its own editorial decisions, publication timing, placement and how long content stays online.
  • Where a package states a guaranteed placement, we will provide the agreed placement or an equivalent alternative if an outlet becomes unavailable.
  • We cannot guarantee search rankings, traffic, sales or any specific business result.
  • Once published, content may be hard or impossible to remove from third-party sites.

5. Revisions, cancellations and refunds

  • You may cancel before distribution starts for a refund, minus any costs already incurred (such as writing work).
  • Once a release has been distributed or published, the service is considered delivered and is not refundable.
  • If we cannot deliver a guaranteed placement or an agreed alternative, you will receive a refund or credit for that part of the order.

6. Intellectual property

The website’s design, text and branding belong to IBE. Outlet names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to describe where content may appear.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, IBE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Indemnity

You agree to compensate IBE for claims, losses or costs arising from content you provided or your breach of these Terms.

9. Privacy

Our use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated date.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be handled by the courts of India.
