Raja Builders is now undergoing a transformative phase under the leadership of Raja Arjun, who is mentored by his father, Raja Udayshankar, the Founder of the company. A qualified architect, Raja Arjun graduated among the top 50 in India from R.V. School of Architecture. He also holds a Master’s degree in Business from Europe, where he graduated cum laude.
Over the past five years, Raja has vertically integrated an award-winning design and engineering business, leveraging his unique expertise to envision and deliver design-centric, innovative projects. Currently, the company has signed nearly 1.5 million sq. ft. of developments in Bengaluru and Mysuru, with each project standing apart in concept and execution.
Raja is highly optimistic about the future of urban luxury micro-apartments, holiday homes, office buildings designed for flexible workspaces, and integrated low-cost housing schemes. He and his team are also developing a materials procurement platform to address a major challenge faced by today’s homeowners.
