International Brand Equity “Best Employer to Work Certification” is the most definitive ‘Employer-of-Choice’ and Workplace quality recognition that any brand can receive. Your company will be assessed in two parts – an employee survey and people practices assessment.

Our proprietary framework the Trust Index survey is used to survey the employees on the 5 dimensions of a great workplace – Fairness, Respect, Credibility, Pride, and Camaraderie. People practices implemented in your organization are assessed through the Culture Audit process which covers 9 distinct practice areas of great workplace culture.

After the assessment process is complete, if your organization meets the Certification criteria, your organization will be Certified as “Best Employer to Work Certification” for a period of 1 year.
